Hello, my one year anniversary just passed. I can't believe how fast the time flies. I am no longer considered clinically obese. I have gone from a size 26/28 to a size 16. It feels like the clock has been turned back on my life. I have energy that I have not had in years and medical conditions have improved. I am so glad that I had the surgery. It is unbelievable how my life has changed, all for the better.

Hey B How ya doin? I did really well on Thanksgiving! I had a little turkey w/gravy, a few bites of mashed potatoes, a lil squash & green beans, no bread! I made a sugar free pumpkin pie (using s/f pudding) and I had a piece of that pie! I had 20+ people over so you know I was drinking that Wine I saw my brother in law who I had not seen since I was 2 months post op...his mouth fell open. All day he paid me compliments adding..."I love the way you look". It was a great day. Hope your turkey day went well...how'd you eat? xoxo

First, CONGRTULATIONS on your pregnancy! Wonderful news! Second, I AM SO SORRY you have had to deal with such a situation!!!!!!!! How horrible! I would be as mortified as you were if I had been in your place. How sad that both the doctor and nurse treated you in such a manner! Keep sharing with us.
