I eat them regularly. I just heat them in the microwave, squirt a little mustard on them, no bread though. I can't eat the whole thing but I get about 3/4 down. Very good source of protien. Just find one that is low in fat. And remember, everyone reacts differently to foods.

As of a couple of days ago I am down a total of -101 lbs . I have about 90 more to go. My clothes are huge on me and I have tons more energy . But, today I noticed as I was walking that my body felt as if it was "jiggling". It seems like all my weight is "dropping" lower on my body like towards my mid section and it is not the most comfortable thing. The best way to describe it is that I feel like the Pillsbury Dough Boy . I can only imagine how it will be after another 90 lbs gone....

Hi,
To all those *****sponded to Lori's post........ WE all need to stick together........
I had my surgery Nov 29 and have hit 62 lbs.
It is so good to hear about others who are just about where i am in the loss department,
It is hard to read those who have lost 100 lbs or more and had the surgery around the same time.
So to all us Nov losers in the 60s range I say HOORAY for us!!!!!

I had turkey dogs a couple of times with no bread. It was pretty good, but pretty salty. I wouldn't try any other just yet (except maybe chicken). But be careful with it, like everything else you try new!

Congrats Lori
Remember it is always relative -- I am praying for the day I reach the weight you started out with As for reaching a 12.... that is awesome and I can't even imagine!!!!!
Celebrate and enjoy the ride

Teresa,
Depends on you.... I have tried them..... the first time it seemed like I would burp hot dog forever then another night because of my kid it was beans and weenies for dinner -- lots of proteins, lots of gas.... but have not had any other problems with them since.

Hey Lori,
Well, I just want to say WOOOHOOOOO!!!!! That is terrific!!! I have finally hit 68 pounds lost myself and I tell you it feels good!!! I can finally wear a large top and I can wear a 18 in pants, before it was a 26/28 and a 3x top. So I am continuing to try and lose more, so both of need to keep up the good work. Take care.
