Hiya Summer,
Thank you so much for your very kind words. A size 10 for you is probably the same as a size 8 for me because you are taller than me. My shirts are still a large and I think unless I go for breast reduction they will stay there, lol. What stinks is I cant buy dresses, I tried on some 10's that were fine on the bottom but WAY too tight across the chest. Oh well!! I guess I could still be a much larger size on both!! I am sure it must get discouraging but I am sure your plateau is temporary. Regardless you look absolutely fabulous just as you are!
God bless you and keep you,

Hiya Angel,
Yeah, I know what you mean about being happy about where you are at. I have had mini plateaus the past few months and each time I said to myself - well if this is it I am soooo much better off than where I was so I have to be thankful for where I am at. I am glad you are so much healthier now!
God bless you and keep you,

Hi Andrea!!
Congratulations on your amazing journey!! You look wonderful!! So close to goal. I think you'll be the first to hit it. I am 5'5 1/2 and I wanted to lose exactly 100 lbs too. I have been on a true plateau it's been 6 weeks I haven't lost a ounce. I have lost a few more inches and got into a pair of size 10 jean capris but I'm still a XL shirt! I sure hope it's temporary and I'll be posting my good news soon!!
You have adorable little girls...beautiful like their Mommy!!
Enjoy yourself!!

Hi April,
It looks to me like you are doing wonderfully! You have lost 100 lbs!!! You will continue to lose weight and of course it will slow down as we go, but I have no doubt that you can lose this last 50 lbs. It may take another 6 months, but you will do it!!!
God bless you and keep you,
~Andrea

Sandra,
It's so funny that you posted this. Just this morning I pulled out my information from the surgeon and was reading abou****er logging. I don't know if it will help with a plateau but I sure as heck hope so!! I haven't lost anything since the 9th and I'm sooo frustrated. I'm going to start to do this and see. If nothing else, it will help to make us not be so hungry so soon. Good luck and tell me if you decide to try this.

Is anyone starting this procedure yet? According to the Pouch Rules for Dummies, we should be starting this. Just wondering if anyone is doing it and if it helps with those nasty plateaus.

No melting for me. 2-3# loss /month. I only melted for the first two months. (hypothyroidism)
1 For the most part habits down.
2 Appetite returns if I go too long with out eating or head hunger if I am bored.
3 People notice all the time, feels great
4 Got reclassified with 10% raise, cool for me.
5 No therapy, do I really need it?
