Since surgery I have lost 103 lbs. WOO HOO!!!
So that is 284 + 103 = 387

I have lost 52% of my excess weight!! I am going to buck the system and get down to 100% of my goal!!! It may take a while, I have kind of fallen off the wagon, but I am going to get back on and kick some "not so fat" butt, soon.......hope everyone is having a GREAT day!!!

I have a layer of size 14 pants in my closet that my dog uses as a nice napping area! I'm so hoping to be able to wash them and put them into my dresser drawer and give him the 16's instead! I'm 5'5'' and weigh 178. I am just in a size 16. I guess we're all different. I'm so happy with my loss but of course am wishing that it would fall off faster!! We'll get into those 14s - I'm sure of it. Just hang in there and it will happen.
