You have your right to whine....God knows I do!! I'd be happy with losing 4-5 lbs a month. I haven't lost anything for over 6 WEEKS! And I follow all the rules and the gym feels like a second home. My Doc says it's all going well and on schedule. We are light weight and we lose slower. Personally I think you are doing great!! I hope the scale fairy is kind to you this month!! ~Summer 240/175 still/145 (We increased my goal) I would love to be 135 too!!
