Wow, thanks for this post, going by the % is a way to keep things in perspective. I've lost 60% of the excess weight. By the weight loss planner, my goal weight is 142-145; I weighed 266 at the time of surgery and when i got on the dr's scale, I weighed 194lb (my scale - naked in the mornings has me at 188-190 lol) but I'm going by his. That's 72 lbs of the 121 I need to lose ... 60% there ... interesting note, I'm ahead of schedule according the weight loss planner. My dr. said to work the hardest to lose the extra weight in the next 6 months- that this would be the easiest time frame compared to the rest of my life...so that means I need to get off my rear and start exercising .... lol
