Hiya Summer, Thanks Glad to hear you have ended your plateau. I am really struggling now. It seems the scale doesnt want to move for like a week, then suddenly I will be down 3 lbs, but then over the next few days 2 lbs will come back - then I will stay there for a week - then suddenly 3 lbs down again then slowly 2 lbs creep back in!!! It can be somewhat frustrating. I only have 11 lbs to go now to reach my goal but even if for some reason I dont make it, I am SOO thankfull for where I am at and I can truly say that I am comfortable with how I am. I am healthy, I exercise, I make much better food choices - what more can I want? God bless you and keep you, ~Andrea 223/134/123

Hiya Pamela Ugh - maybe it is a 7 month curse or something because I am the same way - it seems like I eat and then soon after I am looking for something else - nothing seems to satisfy - UGH - I hate PMS. So yeah I am experiencing this once a month crazy food need right with ya - and I am taking it like a baby, whining the whole time! LOL Ah well a few more days and it will be gone, along with a couple more pounds!! God bless you and keep you, ~Andrea

I am having a really bad period this month & am craving the sweet & salty - I've made some good choices but in the last hour I've had about 20 corn nuts then SF chocolate then low carb crunchy PB... OMG it's such a crazy cycle today - pray it's over soon before I blow up !!! Am going to go drink a bunch of water - go to bed early to get away from my destructive behaviour! Do any of you experience this once a month crazy food "need"? Yowza - it sometimes sucks being a girl

1. 123#'s gone forever, Lord Willing! 2. 77% 3. I don't have to drink or eat to have fun and I don't have a pop all the time! 4. Nope! 5. I don't know, I don't do funny things! But my wife and I went to Dollywood this past week end and we both fit into the roller coasters together! 7 months ago we wouldn't even try to ride one! My actual monthversiry isn't until the 23rd but I'll be out of town! Congrats to everyone and there success! I pray that we all continue to be healthy and get closer to our goals!

O.k let's see...... 1) I have lost a total of 126 pds. 18 to reach goal weight!!! WAHOO!!! 2) I have lost 82% excess weight..... 3) hmmmmm......good question....I would have to say exerscise....I hated it before!!! 4) I haven't lost anyone's friendship but have found out who my true friends really are..... 5) I guess that would be crossing my legs and still being comfortable. I used to "try" and would be very uncomfortable. Now I almost do it naturally. My 7 month is on the 8th....Congrats to all Nov. babies!!! Karry 311/185/167 goal

Hiya B, Well I am 9 days away from my 7 month anniversary but I figure I may as well answer now 1. How much have you lost since your highest weight? 89 lbs 2. What percentage of your excess weight have you lost? (total lost / # of lbs to lose x 100)? 89 % (my goal is 123 lbs which is 100 lbs from my highest weight) I am 11 lbs from goal! 3. What is one major behavioral change you have made since surgery? (and intend to keep as a lifelong habit)? EXERCISE, exercise and MORE exercise!!! I began with an elliptical machine because it was easy on my painful joints (knees and neck mostly) and have added into my regimine running (ok, jogging ) and bicycling 4. Have you lost a job, long-time friend, significant other since surgery?? Nope 5. What is the funnest thing you can do now that you couldn't do before surgery?? I guess it is bicycling. I couldnt do that before because all that weight on the bicylce seat was EXTREMELY uncomfortable even for a simple ride around the block. Now my 12 year old daughter do a 10 mile trek per week. We are looking to possibly up it to 15 miles. The REALLY funny thing is that I am waiting on HER to feel she can do it - I KNOW I can! LOL Thanks again, B, for the awesome questions! God bless you and keep you, ~Andrea 223/134/123

Topic: RE: appetite increasing and lumps??
I had surgery on 11/29/04 and at my 6month mark too. I also fell the increase in my appetite in the evning hrs. I have one protin drink for breakfast and one for lunch. I have my 5 ounce dinner, and then later have fruits like graps or watermellon. It helps.
