Hey Summer... Thanks for being in touch. It's great to hear from you as always. I'd love to see you anytime you're up this way. I did get in touch with your friend Scott who's moving to Windsor. He seems entertaining and I'll clue him into all the local stuff. Nice to meet your gorgeous family too. You take care as well, Jo

Leann, Please tell me what is a lap band (VG) surgery from your doctor? With my doctors (and everywhere else) they are two different surgeries. I had a VG in November which is a vertical "sleeve" gastrectomy. No band involved. I did not choose to have the standard lap band surgery which bands the stomach. I am confused. My docs have descriptions on their web site at www.lapsf.com. Thanks, Jo

Hi Jen! Sounds like your doing great!!!! Hope you have a blast riding those rollercoasters!!! Ride one for me cause I am scared to DEATH of them!! I am doing really well also....I am now down 129 pounds and have 15 to reach my goal....I feel good but am struggling with this last little bit of weight. I am very proud of myself but I also see the fat girl in the mirror (who I was before surgery) I would like to get to like 160 but my doc says no...Like 167. I just see a heavy person in the ,mirror even though I feel great and I know I look better...Weird huh? I have gone from a size 24/26 pants to a 12 and a 2x shirt to a med/large. My bra size really hasn't changed I was a 40D before and am now like a 36D, I think I ned to go to a C cup though. It's geting a little loose in the cup. I guess the rest is good. I do have some saggy skin I want to get rid of...I also have a small abdominal hernia that needs to be fixed. Hoping they will do my TT when they fix my hernia. I go back for my check up on July 5th. So I'll keep ya posted!!! Have a great vacation and keep up the great work!!! Karry 311/182/167 goal
