Hi Andrea, I am soo proud of you. I too want to run a 5k. I thought i was working out too much doing 3 miles a day (didn't want to push my body) but i am ready to get started. It amazes me that my body loves to work out. It feels soooo good.

Hey everyone!!!! -I have lost 92 pounds -I am 17 pounds from my goal -I am feeling GREAT!!!!! I need to exercise more, I have a little bit of skin issues. So I know if I start exercising HOPEFULLY it will help tone some of it up. I have been vacationing with my family as usual, BUT I am having much more fun!! We go to amuzement parks all summer long....and I ride anything I want!!!! No more worrying if I fit or not in anything. Now some rides I don't ride....fear, not size. I am trying not to eat as frequently. I still find myself hungry or wanting every couple of hours. The weight is much slower, but I am hoping to reach goal by my year anniversary. I feel good where I am at, but sure would love to see myself at goal! Everyone keep up the good work, and God Bless!!!
