Today is my 1 year anniversary!

I can't believe it - today is my 1 year anniversary... and what a wonderful ride it has been! I am so thankful for this life changing procedure and the fabulous staff at Dr. Fernandez's office! I updated my profile with a picture made today - we went to the NCSU football game, so I have on my red apparel & jeans... yes, jeans!! No elastic either - they button up the front!!! Congratulations to all of you no matter where you are in your WLS journey. Dawn H

WOW!!!! YOU BOTH LOOK GREAT THAT IS SO MUCH TO BE THANKFULL FOR THIS THANKSGIVING,.I WILL BE 1 YEAR OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY.HOW COOL IS THAT.I HAVE DONE VERY WELL MY SELF FOR BEING 51 YRS.YOUNG. BUT MY BMI IS STILL 31 SO HE WANTS ME TO LOSE 8 MORE LBS. HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU BOTH. PAT
