Am I the slowest loser here????
Hi,,,,,,,,,,,
Had my surgery on Nov.29th and have a lost a total of 90 lbs as of today.
It will be almost 10 months soon and I swear it is hell trying to lose even a lb these days.
I'm lucky if I lose a lb every 2 weeks or so,,, which make me even luckier to lose 3- 4 lbs a month .
Some days i can eat all day long,,,,,,,,,,,,, and not grazing is getting harder and harder.
Anyone else feeling like me,,,,,,,,,,,, God i just want to lose another 20 lbs which will make me 150 ,,,, is that asking too much?????
thanks for letting me vent.....

I finally got below 200 and this morning I was 201 again. Last monday I was 199, tuesday I was 198. I said I would be happy when I got below 200 but dang I just go up and down it really drives me crazy. I was back and forth between 205 and 210 before last week, for about 2 months. I thought it had picked back up but I was wrong. I wish I could lose 3-4 pounds a month. I lowered my calories back to 1000 or less as my nutritionist said do, go to the gym every day, get in the water, protein and vitamins just to stay the same weight. Just to help you vent, LOL. I guess we will get there someday. You have done great, only 20 pounds to go!!! Good Luck!!!!
Hey you guys -
You're both doing GREAT!!! I know I come and read the boards every now and then and I get upset because somebody who has had surgery the same month as I have is losing faster and started at the same weight or more. But you know what? We're all losing at the speed that our bodies need us to lose. We're all different internally, we still have different metabolisms and outside cir****tances. So don't get down on yourselves! You are both doing really great and you need to just keep doing the right things, making the right choices, and keeping the faith. It will come off and you will make your goals. I know you will!
I still have 40 pounds to go until I hit my goal of 150, and it seems to come off slower these days, but it's still going in the right direction. Just think, even when you lose one pound, you can imagine that pack of butter just coming right off of your body!
Have a great day!
