Hiya B
I love your monthly check in questions!!
1. I have lost 102 lbs from my highest weight - I started at 223 and I am at 121 and holding.
2. I revised my goal a few months ago, although not a major revision. I changed it from 125 to 123 so it would be an even 100 lbs and century club. Well I am happy to say I am under goal by 2 lbs.
3. My goal for my anniversary date is to keep on doing what I am doing, especially the exercise. I run 4 - 5 days per week and 4 - 5 miles per day. I am eating healthy... have added a bit of carbs in moderation and am doing fine with that. I would like to have my running times get a bit faster, as they have been all along since I began running in March. I can do the full 5 miles in under 50 minutes so that means I am consistently running under 10 minute miles which was a milestone for me. I would like to increase eventually to 6 - 8 miles per day and to be able to do 8 minute miles. That wouldnt be by this anniversary though, maybe next!!
4. ZERO!! I am 2 lbs under my goal - woo hoo!
Thanks again for doing this B!
God bless you and keep you,
~Andrea
Hi B,
Here goes:
1. How much weight have you lost from your highest weight?? 126lbs
2. Have you revised your goal weight at this period in time??? I'm happy where I am, but would like to lose 5 more pounds to get to a "normal" BMI
3. Do you have a goal for your anniversary date??? Win the lottery? (only kidding, but could use some $$$ for plastics)
4. How many more Lbs do you need to lose in order to reach goal? 5
Nothing exciting here, just wish the scale would move those last 5 lbs. It hasn't moved in 2 months

1) From my highest weight I have lost 107 pounds. But I really only count the pounds from surgery becuase those that I lost before surgery were from stress and not from anything I did to make them go away. So from surgery I have lost 95 pounds.
2) No, no goal revision. I am still trying for 155. Although I do not feel like I am going to reach that by one year.
3) Goals for anniversary....hmmmm.... to be in a solid size 12 (my size goal, I am in a comfortable 14 now), I would like to be a goal weight but will be ok if I am not yet. I would like to be starting my plastics journey by one year too.
4) I have 24 more to go. And they just do not want to leave me. I have been on a stalled pattern for 2 months. I thought I broke it last week, but nope they came back. I am working with my nutritionist to see what I can do to break it.
1. How much weight have you lost from your highest weight?? (# of lbs)
117# total
2. Have you revised your goal weight at this period in time???
Nope.. goal weight still 175
3. Do you have a goal for your anniversary date??? (it doesn't have to be # of lbs... could be activity? trip? divorce??? (just kidding)... new job?)
Hadn't even thought about it.. I would like to be getting into an 18 pants.. that would be nice.. but we'll see..
4. How many more Lbs do you need to lose in order to reach goal?
I still have 98# to goal.

1. -155 lbs
2. yeppers, at first I said anything under 200 lbs was ,
but now I'm shooting for 168, which would put me at the high end of normal, but Dr. said I have about 15 lbs of skin.. sooo ?? we'll see
3. new job - but bad month to change jobs.. so I'll hang till my contract is up here. [feb]Close to home, pay's fair. Ok I would love to hit that 168 by my anniversary - but that's 26 lbs and 2 months and 10 days.. too much to be a reasonable goal, unless things pick up here.
4. 26
Thanks Sphinxy One!
I haven't checked in lately, I have been so busy with stuff!!!
Here I am though, and I will answer!!
1. How much weight have you lost from your highest weight?? I have lost 137 lbs!!!!
2. Have you revised your goal weight at this period in time??? Yeah, before it was 165 or so, but I am hoping to get close to 149, just under 150!! The dr. said you usually continue to lose during that 18 month period, so it may be feasible!! We will see!
3. Do you have a goal for your anniversary date??? My goal is to also be in a size 12. I am in a comfy 14 now. Also to increase my exercise more, and to get down to 175 by my appt in mid November!! That is 12 lbs to lose and I so far have still been losing about 5-7 lbs per month.
4. How many more Lbs do you need to lose in order to reach goal? I want to lose about 40 more lbs. I would be happy with another 25, but I would like to lose 40!
Yes, I am over my honey moon and realize this was a decision for life! in more ways than one. It's one thing to make changes for a few weeks or even a year... after all I have stayed compliant on diets for that long... only to gain it all back and more the next year.... so I am petrified that not only have I stopped losing, but risk gaining it all back! I am still having side-effects though, and have had my 3rd IV infusion of iron in oder to keep my levels up a little so I can function! but there are advantages... I can shop at Target.... FOR CLOTHES!!!! (never could do that... even as a teenager... not that Target even existed then... but you get my drift!)
1. Total lost to date = 106 lbs
2. My goal weight was 145... I think I might be dreamin.... but hey, anything under 200 seems like gravy... so I will have to think about this seriously... but I so want to get away from focusing on the numbers. I do make myself weigh everyday... it makes me honest... I can catch those little drifts upwards in weight before they become a major updraft!
3. By anniversary date I would like to be under 200lbs... haven't seen the wonderfuls since I was 13 or 14 yrs old!!! and trust me I am a long way from 13 now... that was over 30 years... that's a long, long time to be fat!
4. To reach my original goal I need to lose 65 more lbs!
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST BY NOVEMBER BABIES SO FAR = 850 LBS!!!
That is truly incredible....
keep it going and add your lbs lost to the number!
B
Okay, here goes...
1. I've lost 155 pounds from my highest weight.
2. Nope...it's still 150
3. Yes, absolutely! My 25 year high school class reunion is the Friday after Thanksgiving and I will be one year and three days out. When I graduated I weighed 150 and I would like to go back weighing the same as I did then. (Probably won't happen, but I good goal to try for.)
4. 44 more pounds to go.
TOTAL LBS LOST BY NOVEMBER BABIES = 1,005
(WOW!! I put us over the 1,000 mark. YEA!!!)

Been awhile since I posted. Btw, I am posting this from Edinburgh Scotland, where I am in training for my new job which I started on Monday. Will be back in the States at months end. In fact will be flying home on my 9 month anniversary date (11/29/04 RNY).
Anyway here goes:
1. -- 169lbs
2. Nope still 180
3. Already got the new job (see above) so my goal is to be in a size 14. Just got into some 16s this last week. Thanksgiving is when me and my fiance (yep got engaged last month) will be having our picture made for our engagement photo. We will also be in a family portrait with his parents and sister's family. Want to be wearing a dress I "stole" from my mom I have had my eye on for years. Thank goodness it is a timeless style.
4. 60lbs to go!
TOTAL LBS LOST BY NOV BABIES = 1174
