I saw my nutritionist yesterday and by the official scale I'm now down 101 pounds! This Friday (7/29) it will be 1 year since my first consult with the doc. When I think back to how I felt at that time, it just amazes me where I am. Hasn't been easy but it sure has been worth it! diane 307/206/180
