I'm sure you all know this - I'm a little late to come around

Since I'm still unemployed - today for the first time in EVER I watched The View - I knew Starr Jones was losing some weight for her wedding - but she looks very very thin today & of course I'm wondering if indeed she has had gastric bypass. I did a web search but can only find speculation... Not that I generally follow gossip or particularly care about celebreality - but was curious - did she/ I've heard nothing or is she unwell? This sounds rather silly - she looks so tiny - shorter - it's the same thing I experienced - when I lost my behind - I sat shorter in chairs & family commented on it Also - on a more focused note - who knows what exercises I can do to strengthen the muscles in the back of my arms & reduce the batwings? Anyways - have a great day all. 304/215/155

Everybody at work was telling me all these exercises to do to firm up the area. I told them to feel my muscles I am tone underneath but would need to have muscles of a bodybuilder to fill in all that skin. LOL Mine has been stretched for at least 30 years. If you find anything that will shrink the skin let me know. Good Luck!!!

Hi there, I have been going to Curves since two months out and working those arms with weights. Unfortunately, after a certain age the skin won't bounce back. I have good muscles in my arms but the "wings" underneath are starting to drag on the floor. I'm sad to tell you that the only answer is living with them or surgery. But keep up the exercise...its good for you and helps the weight loss. Jo 350/331/239/1??

I don't know about Star Jones, only can speculate. I, personally, think she had it. And she can afford PS. As for batwings and other hanging skin, if you can't afford PS, get a sense of humor about it. From what I understand, it depends on how long your skin has been stretched out and how young or old you are. Skin can bounce back, but not after 35 years of being stretched out. I go to Butterfly Life gym in Groton, I work out on the circuit with weight bearing machines, and I do cardio classes every day there. I have lots of hanging skin, but I feel great! Pam
