Haven't posted in so long..HELP!!
Hi everyone
I think the last time I posted something was like 2 months ago. My life has been busier now and especially being back with my bf things never stop. I am down -118 lbs. as of today. But the weight loss has HALTED!!
The scale hasn't moved in like 2 weeks. I know it's probably because I haven't been exercising regularly and I have been eating a wider variety of foods. I can't believe what an influence to eat, my boyfriend is. He doesn't encouage me to eat, he is so proud of me and would never want me to fall off the wagon, so to speak. But this man can EAT!! And of coarse he is 6'2" and 183 lbs and never gains an ounce even though he eats full meals at 2am . But the temptation is there for me and especially if I am pressed for time, I will eat a couple pretzels or eat out of convenience if ya know what I mean. Also, I have been kinda drinking a little when I eat and I know that is a big I absolutely hate this heat wave we are having. 95 degrees and 100% humidity, makes me very grouchy and I can't tolerate walking when it's this hot. Anyways, I guess I am looking for a big kick in the arse and wondering if anyone else is going through this or has gone through this and how did you get back on track. I have 70-80 more pounds to lose and I want so bad to get to goal Is this it for the weight loss, or will I still lose?

I also have noticed my weight loss slowing down...I am down to my last 13 pounds to reach goal so I know it's not going to come off easily!!
I have had a hard time exercising with the heat and humidity too, but I have switched from walking to swimming!! Much cooler!!
I guess you just have to switch your routine around....try a different type of exercise, eat a little more fruit and veggies. I cut up all my fruits and veggies when I come home from the store. That way when I want a quick snack it's all ready.....

I haven't been on the NOV board for along time too!! I am losing so sloooooooowly or not at all!! I have 18 lbs to go to goal I didn't lose an ounce this month!!

June O lbs lost.....I'm so sad!!!
I think you have hit a plateau and will start losing again soon!! Don't get discouraged!!! You can do it!!!
