What are you eating??

Well, if I tell you that, I'd have to kill you! I just looked at fitday.com and I've been having a bad few days. My husband went to work and that explains it! He takes better care of me than I do! In gereral though About 50oz of fluids. 75-100 grams of protein per day. 20-85 grams of carbs (huge variation there, huh? lol) 20-40 grams of fat (I don't count fat at all!) Total calories 750-1150 per day! Wow! Huge variation there too BUT I do like to shake up the calories. I find it confuses the body and keeps the weight loss going! Thanks for doing this! I'll add another day! I like seeing what others eat and posting what I eat b/c it gives me ideas. So for today... Breakfast - Scoop of Nectar Fuzzy Navel protein powder with low carb vanilla yogur****er and ice blended together in my blender. This was very yummy!! Snack - Two small celery sticks with cream cheese on them Lunch - Grilled chicken breast with low carb bbq sauce Snack - Haven't had this yet, but if I want one it will probably be a little cheese or I may just drink water this afternoon. Dinner - I'm making soft tacos. I will just eat the beef, cheese, and sour cream mixed together, no shell. Leighann Lap RNY 11.5.04 275/165/130
