Yep! I'm a bad girl too! I have never eaten breakfast! The nutritionist told me that 95% of her diabetes patients don't eat breakfast. I got a long speech about why it is THE most important meal of the day!!! Yes, of the day! It does many things but it jump starts the metabolism and will assist in losing!! OK, so this means what for me?
Now, because I can drink coffee for breakfast, I have a coffee flavored protein drink that I've learned to make at home. I use starbucks coffee and it tastes JUST like a Starbucks Frappacino! Really! I love it! It also gives me a head start on protein at 35 (I only count 30 at a time though) grams.
I just thought I'd pass this on. I'm thinking if you add something for breakfast, that 13 pounds might DROP OFF faster than you can say "BOO!"
Good luck! You look great!
Hugs,
~Vanessa
