Do you guys eat normall food

Congrats on your weight loss!
Yes, I eat normal foods but I still pay attention to what I am eating. I eat protein first, then veggies, then fruit then carbs (in that order of whatever I'm eating).
I try to eat healthy meat and veggies and I try and avoid white carbs; I do whole grain as it is healthier and has more fiber (which with all that meat, I need my fiber since my veggie intake has decreased!).
It has taken me a while to get to the 'normal' food area and now I don't feel as self-conscious when I eat out ( I'll order an appetizer or ask for a to-go box when ordering). I've also learned to make more protein-vegetarian items that even my family eats

Well, I eat pretty normal I would say!! Unless I make something like beef and noodles for the family, I eat what they eat....Like if I make them spaghetti, I also make chicken parmesan, and I bake it, and put spaghetti sauce and mozz. cheese sprinkled on it....It tastes good. I always eat my protein first, and then if I can, I eat a couple bites of veggies or sometimes potatoes. I am not allowed to eat fruit yet. I haven't tried anything with sugar in it, and I don't plan to. I just tell myself it will make me sick, and so far my willpower has been wonderful!!
