I'm I doing something wrong?
I weigh myself once a week and I don't do it at home because I get crazy with the scales anyway last week I weighed myself I lost 7 pounds which makes 96 pounds I was so excited, but this week I weighed myself and I gained 1 pound what is up with that am I doing something wrong? I did start my period on Sunday but I've never gained. Sometimes I would only lose 1 pound but NEVER NEVER did I gain.
Any suggestions I think I'm eating the same I don't think nothing has changed. HELP
Ignore it...keep moving forward. You're doing fantastically well.
I have just come out of an almost two month plateau and even though the scale showed no changes, my body was changing anyway...people noticed it.
One pound gained is not a weight gain...it is normal fluctuation.
I stayed the same for nearly two months and suddenly have dropped 7 pounds. It just goes like that. Slows down as time goes by.
Just keep doing good...exercise helps.

I ALWAYS gain 1 lb during my cycle!! You are doing fantastic, so don't worry about it!! I do notice that I will not lose at all if I eat anything "salty" like even deli ham, turkey, chicken, etc....Or hotdogs, sausage, anything with alot of sodium, and it seems to put me into a stall!!
KEEP YOUR CHIN UP!! You are doing wonderfully!!!

Hi. I am new on the board and was asking myself why am I not loosing? Your comments have helped. I was loosing 4-5 pds a week and then it just seemed to stop. I've been "holding" for about 4 weeks. I do have a problem with carbs, although I try to eat low-carb stuff. I also eat the lunch meat, saugage and things that may be too high in sodium. I do need support and encouragement. I have osteoarthritis and it is sometimes hard to exercise. I haven't much. I have lost 96 pds at last weigh in. Thanks, Rhonda
I also have gained right before my period....I notice that my weight loss has slowed down but my clothes are still getting loser on me....People I see monthly will tell me I look like I've lost 10-15 pds in a month when it may be onlt 5-7 pds. but your body is still readjusting to your loss. Sounds to me like your doing great....Keep up the great job!!!
