String Cheese is a good snack, SF Jello, SF FF pudding, I also love pistachios jus****ch not to eat the whole bag. I did that. It can be very fattening. Good protein but also fattening. Put some in individual snack sized bags. LF popcorn, low carb peanut butter on crackers, raw veggies, or fruit. God Bless, ~Angel 255/222/148/118

I LOVE popcorn and fruit.....If I need the "salty" snack, popcorn does it for me and then if I need the "sweet" snack I go for fruit or a SF pudding/jello..... As always make sure you get tha****er in.....that will help with the snacking. Good Luck and best wishes!! Karry 311/185/167 goal

I found I was snacking way too much, so have gone to chewing gum (only 1/2 stick!) to keep from eating so much. My weight loss has been very slow for the past month, but with less snacking, it's starting to pick up again...finally! Elizabeth

For me keeping the carbs down and keeping the liquids high cuts the cravings. Remember...simple carbs are water soluble and don't trigger the "full" feeling that keeps us honest. Dense, high protein foods are healthier and make us full. Are you really hungry or is it just "head hunger"? If its really hunger, you probably need a good protein snack or some salad. If its just snacking behavior, our success to some degree depends on us unlearning that behavior. Beware of popcorn...my docs recommend that their RNY patients not eat popcorn. They have recently seen 3 serious complications related directly to popcorn pieces getting "stuck". One required a trip to the OR. Also...if watching TV triggers snacking, watch less TV. Play a game, take a walk, do something active. Exercise helps lots with hunger. Just some suggestion, Jo
