106 pounds down....woohoo

I AM 6 MONTHS POST-OPP AS OF TODAY & I AM 106 POUNDS DOWN WITH 90 MORE TO LOSE...LOL WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS TOOL WOULD WORK THAT GREAT....LOL HAVING THIS SURGERY IS THE GREATEST GIFT I COULD HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I'M STARTING TO FEEL HUMAN AGAIN WHATEVER THAT IS....LOL HAVE A GREAT DAY. ALWAYS WHOOPI

Hey I am 100 lbs down, too with 90 to go....so I was approx. 340 lbs the day of surgery. Your doing great....keep up the good work!!!!! I had serious bout with constipation...now that I have done everything know to man the Dr. ordered Miralax and the weight is coming off again. Do you use the fitday program? I bought it from the internet and had mailed to the house.....I use it daily. Wow!!!!!!!!!!! This surgery has been rough, but the results are so worth it. Sandy in Tucson

THANKS FOR THE NICE COMPLIMENT SANDY I APPRECIATE THAT. MY TOP WEIGHT WAS 328 BEFORE SURGERY. I LOST THE 28 POUNDS SO ON THE DAY OF MY SURGERY I WEIGHED 300. THEN 78 AFTER THAT FOR A TOTAL OF THE 106...LOL YOU'RE DOING GREAT YOUSELF CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS. I'VE GONE TO FITDAY.COM BUT I DON'T USE IT. I JUST DO EVERYTHING ON MY OWN COUNTING CALORIES & WEIGHING MY FOOD,EXCERSIZING....YOU KNOW THE USUAL.....LOL KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU'LL BE AT YOUR GOAL IN NO TIME. ALWAYS WHOOPI
