6 month anninversary

hello everyone well it's been 6month today and i feel and look good. i loss so far 100lbs. life for me is starting to get better. i can play with my 4year old son better. i'm doing thing i nevere did before. and guess what? i have new friend. before i didn't like my self. but now i love my self. and my son say love me playing with him. that all for now. and god bless everyone. goodbye april 317/217 now/ goal 165?

Way to go April!!!! What success!!! I am 100 lbs down, too. It's been a journey. I use the fitday program I bought it off the internet and had it mailed to the house. I just love it. I recomend it to all. Keep the great work. I post sometimes on this board...I usually hit the main messageboard. I need a new pic. I like to seee how people change when the weight comes off.
