((Jeanne)) I think so many of us are in the same boat. I think it must be VERY common for weight to slow down and are expectations to rise as we near 6 months. I have had very slow weight loss the past few months and end up battling the same three pounds for weeks only to finally officially drop two a few days later. I do think it would be worthwhiile to ask your PCP about the anti-depressant and see if it is slowing your metabolism. I think the exercise is helping, but muscle weighs more than fat. It is easy for me to talk and hard to do. Take good care of yourself and know that you are not alone! Roni

Ok--chin up. My weight loss slowed this past month too, and like you I had uped the exercise. Ughh---I felt so depressed, BUT I hung in there and still am. (Thanks to some women in my support group. ) And--I lost more inches this month than any and went down about 3/4 of a size. When I felt so down, I got a massage, put a temporary tatoo on my left saggy boob , and used my spray tanner. Walaa..felt better and hung in there. I am on Wellbutrin also, it is one anti depressant that does not cause weight gain. Also, my hair was doing great until I hit 5 months. Then it started. I know this too shall pass! Hang in there fellow November babe. We are doing great.
