As of a couple of days ago I am down a total of -101 lbs . I have about 90 more to go. My clothes are huge on me and I have tons more energy . But, today I noticed as I was walking that my body felt as if it was "jiggling". It seems like all my weight is "dropping" lower on my body like towards my mid section and it is not the most comfortable thing. The best way to describe it is that I feel like the Pillsbury Dough Boy . I can only imagine how it will be after another 90 lbs gone.... Susan 376/275/190

I was thinking of picking up some of those panties. Care to share where you got them? How are they working for you? We are going on a cruise in 2 weeks and I dont want to wear pantyhose with my dress for formal nights, open toes sandals would look cuter, but I know I need some support there! Janet

Hi there, Spanx for www.qvc.com are a bit pricey, but wonderful. Lightweight and comfy... My other trick is that I cut off the feet of old support top pantyhose and wear under longer skirts and pants. Have fun on your cruise...I am jealous. Jo down 75 lbs!!

I like the tummy tuckers too. I get mine at Wal Mart and I get the high waisted ones. (bra to regular panty leg) I have tried the ones that go from bra to mid thigh, but they show through pants I have a couple for when I wear a dress or skirt or even loose capris. So I stick with the just under the bra to regular panty leg for pants/shorts which I wear more often. I love them, my clothes are much smoother. They really are smoothers and they cost around 10$. they have some that are firmer holding, but I don't like those because they cut into my mushyness (ouch). Just thought I would save you guys money experimenting.

http://www.spanx.com This is the direct web site for spanx and there is a code for 50% off 99x. I have not used them but some people from another web site I go to have and say they're good.
