Hi Donna, I had really bad pain on my lower left side!! It went away for a few days and returned today!! I was walking and it came on sharp a few times and went away. I think it may be my ovary??? NO fever just pain!! Thanks for your concern!!! Summer 240/175/140 still!!!!!
