I don't mean to be gross or anything but the last few days I have been EXTREMLY gassy!! I can even hear my stomach rumbling. I am regular with my bowel movements and haven't really changed my eating either. Anyone have any idea what's up? I'm sure my fiance would thank you personally!! Karry 311/197/167 goal

I know you said you have not changed your diet, but have you recently introduced new snacks that are sugar free? Ie: sugar free ice cream, low carb or sugar free candy, a new protein bar that's low carb or low sugar etc. Any of those items that are sugar free may have a high sugar alcohol content which causes major gas. Does not usually stink, but is loud and noxious. Check the packages not only for the grams of sugar in what you eat, but also the sugar alcohol. I stay away from anything that has 8 or more grams of sugar alcohol. My husband appreciates me reading the labels

Karry...oh my you make me laugh sooo hard!!!! I have also been gassy but from day one. I have a bad habit of just keep walking and let it sneak out little by little and hope no one knows its me. I am glad to know I am not the only one! Michelle 311/217/165 *finally broke my first plateau!!*

Karry, You're not alone (unfortunately!!) I think it's just part of the new package. I've been more gassy since the surgery but especially if I eat dairy. Try to keep track of what you've eaten when the gas is bad and then you'll know which nights to sleep on the sofa!! Take care Deb

I know this is so getting old to me! But I would rather have gas then to have my wieght back! I guess it is something we all have to get used to including our spouses and loved ones. Sometimes I feel sorry for my students cause sometimes it just comes out! I'm glad my wife understands! 351/238/193
