Start---------- 305.5 Surgery day----281.5 Current weight--194 ---------------------- Total Loss 111.5lbs Hello all today is my 5 month anniversary of WLS. I am doing well, other that being still tired, and having no hair lol. It has gotten really bad, and I sure hope it gets better soon. My hair is only about 3/4 of an inch thick when I draw it up into a ponytail. I fluff it to make it look thicker, but the loss is signifigant. It began gradually, but then picked up speed at an alarming rate, I just keep saying it will come back. Anyhow I am down to 194 and am happy about that. I went today and bought a size 14 dress that fit perfectly. In levi's brand jeans I wear a reg. 16, so I am happy. Well thats all for now, nothing exciting going on here, but wanted to update, would love to hear about how everyone else is doing. Take care KatherineL

Congrats on your 5 month and for doing so well. Im 4/12 mths post op and I know what you mean about the hair eeeek I have also lost so much and great on the size's. dosent it feel great to buy reqular sizes I just love it. Good Luck

I was washing my hands at work the other day and saw the light reflecting off my scalp all the way to the middle of the top of my head. LOL. I have lost 92 pounds since 11-8. Still got a long way to go and it is slower now. Congratulations on your loss.

Sounds great. I comng up on 5mos next week and just started to lose some. Great weight loss!!
