Hangin in there
Hi Everyone! I had surgery on a1/27/05. My scale says I have lost 62lbs
so far. Need to go shopping for smaller sizes but trying to hold off due to
more weight loss, even thought I am anxious. Finding it very hard to get a big variety of foods in, getting full before I can. Try to get different things in on different days, but seems like I mighrate back to the same old foods. Fluids are a constant struggle. I just don't want it. Does anybody have any ideas for protein supplements ( recipes) they get sor boring. I am seeing results, and that keeps me going, but it is hard.
