Hey family - I've finally lost 60lbs!! It seems like it's taken forever but I've finally reached what I was keeping as a significant goal for myself. I'm so happy I could !! I'm now 183 and my next major goal is to reach 170. Watch me go!! Love to you all - we rock, don't we??!!! (((HUGS))) Deb
