Losing is winning
I've lost 67 pounds so far. I am a little upset I've not lost more. I try doing everything I know is proper and healthy. Could someone please help me out. I haven't been able to make my support groups in the last few months. I have also been suffering from constipation. I have BM once a week if I'm lucky. Enough about me write back when you can.
Okay, how many calories are you getting in? Protein grams? Carbohydrate grams? And what kind of carbs? How much fat? Do you exercise? For constipation, you need to try an over the counter med like Milk of Magnesia, or a fiber supplement. Do you get in some good carbs like veggies and fruit?
I have lost about 71 lbs., still a good loss. Don't beat yourself up. You're doing great!

As I have said many times,
"For an adult, losing weight is like learning to play a new musical instrument or learn to speak a new language. You want so much to get to the mastery and become disappointed when it isn't coming fast enough." 67 lbs since November is nothing to sneeze at. That's about 13 lbs per month on average. At weigh****chers, their ideal loss rate is 2 1/2 lbs per week maximum. Same with Atkins. You are ahead of their schedule. Embrace your success and you will increase your progress. Keep complaining about it not being what you want and it will hang around for a long time. Philosophically it is said this way, "What you resist, persists" (Mahatma Ghandi), also, "We never get enough of what we don't want." (Ron Auriemma) That's me, NY and Florida
