I bought the fitday.cd to registr my food in take. $29.95 and it was mailed to me. You can think ur eating less without the cd, but in reality your eating to many calories and not losing. I am taking fiber con daily for poor BM's and 3 Tablespoons of flax seed that I grind in food grinder. The fiber con and flax see was ordered my Dr last Thrus when I had colonscopy bec of bleeding when I go to the restroom and pooooothat was like clay. Now, evrything is alot better using fiber con and flax. Do not think pregoround flax seed or flax seed oil is ok...you got to grind your own flax seed for the best benifits. I religiously drink 64 oz of water and 80 grams of protein. I drink Isopure liquid already in the bottle. It's expensive but handy. I am 87 lbs down today. Sandy in Tucson
