Late blooming dumper???

This is weird and maybe you guys can help. I haven't dumped ever. Not on ice cream, candy, carbs, pizza, nothing. I don't eat a ton of it or anything, but more than I should be able to if I were going to dump. I can eat a couple of cookies without a problem. Until now anyway. In the last few days, I eat something (like movie theater popcorn...yes with the butter!!) and I feel ill and dizzy and tired. I get warm all over. I have eaten this before and MUCH more than I consumed the other day and never had a problem in the past. I was so upset that I didn't dump before because I wanted that neg reinforcement and now I am wondering if it is possible to be a late blooming dumper? Is this happening to any of you? I ate half a burrito supreme at Taco Bell today and feel like I am going to puke, but I have been able to eat more than that in the past. Anyway, feels like tummy is actually shrinking because I can't seem to eat as much. Just wondering if you are experiencing this too??? Thanks!! Erica 258/186/125

I asked my friend who had RNY last May because I have the same issue. She thinks that as you get smaller you have less "cushion" to absorb stuff so it is entirely possible to be a late bloomng dumper. This happened to me last weekend. I didn't dump on sugar or anything and then last Friday I went to the beach. I had some of my niece's ice cream and after like three spoonfuls, I felt so awful. I wanted someone to put me out of my misery. Never had the problem before. I am glad that it is happening though so that I will teach myself to stay away from sugar.

Well, when I do eat something such as potatoes or anything "starchy" I get the same feelings....Real flushed, hot, extremely tired, and dizzy!! I haven't eaten much of it. Also if I eat 1 bite or 2 too many I always know because I feel this way. I have never gotten physically sick from it. I haven't tried anything at all with sugar, because I don't even want to know if I can tolerate it...lol!! For myself, I don't have the control and I know it, so I am better off not even trying it at all....and just telling myself it will make me sick!
