i have lost 88 pound's in 4 month's

Congrad's I am so proud of you. I have lost 74 pounds. Doesn't it FEEL so good... I went shopping for the first time this weekend and could not believe that I could wear a much SMALLER size.. Keep up the good work.. Ann

I had surgery the day before and I have 40lbs I feel kinda of slow.. but I know everybody is different will get there one day...

hi tarsha b ,...thank you so much. 40 pound's is great that is a start you will get there also. we all need to take it one day at a time. did you lose any weight before your surgery if so you can count that also. see i lost 45 pound's before my surgery and 43 pound's since my surgery.
