Finally Found a Protein Drink I Like
Hi All,
Just thought I would share with all you out there who are like me and have a hard time with the protein drinks that I finally found one I can drink. Not that I love them but they aren't bad 
Isopure Zero Carb that come in a bunch of different flavors like, Alpine Punch, Orange, Grape, Apple Melon, etc. They have 40 grams of protein in a 20oz bottle. I drink one every morning and boy I feel so much better. I was having problems with energy and headaches. Since I started drinking these I can really tell the difference. I have started dropping weight again but am not sure if it is from the drink or if it is just that time. I usually only lose weight for about a week to a week and a half out of the month and the rest I am at a standstill. I bought them at GNC if anyone is interested.

Just for variety you might want to try something that I found that I like. I take a scoop of vanilla whey powder (which I normally HATE!) and mix it in a blender with 1 cup of orange crystal light and 1/2 cup of light orange juice. It's really good and tastes like a cream cycle.

Teresa have u tried unjury protein drinks they r great i get the unflavored and i put it in hot coco,crystal light, also in my carnation instant breakfast and u dont even no its in there i have tried so many just to
so im going to my gnc store to try those flavored drinks thanks for the information 
Hi Teresa. I tried the Isopure drinks too but they have a little tang flavor that doesn't let me drink the whole thing. I heard that mixing it half and half with sf Koolaid will help. I am in love with the Nectar products though. I got the samples and tried them all. So now I know I love the green Apple flavor and the tropical (tastes like a pina colada). I also have the Blue Sky flavor but I feel like a Smurf when I drink it because its that color of blue. Isn't it funny how drinking protein becomes a battle to find the best one for us? At least we have lots of choices. xoxo

Liquid Isopure is the best. I am getting the powdered isopure from the internet.....dutch chocolate....heopefully it will save me some $. I spend $3 a day on liquid Isopure. But, it does take the hunger away and give me energy.
