Hey Y'all!

I haven't posted in awhile. I had to go back home to Alaska to attend my great aunt's funeral. She was like my second mother! It was a hard thing to go thru but my family and I know she is in a better place and is no longer sick and hurting! But since I was away from my scale, yes I am a scalaholic! I missed what day I joined the century club! I am down 102 lbs total! I tried to rember what I weighed the day of sugery but I don't so I use my starting weight before preop diet of 351 and I am now 249! It has been a great adventure and I pray that I have continued success!

Hey Kenneth, I know that you'll have continued success! I'm very sorry about the loss of your great aunt. I wish you and your family the best - it sounds like you all have a really good outlook and will help each other through this hard time. You know that we're here for you to bounce stuff off of too!
