I don't think my pic has changed too dramatically. Yours is AMAZING! My weight has been very stagnant and part of it has been b/c I am cheating a bit. I am mad at myself, but my fistula has me starving so I find it too easy to reach over and grab a few chips or crackers to tide me over. I am still working out a lot and joined 24hr fitness, so I wonder if my inches are changing. I am comfortably wearing a 12P, so not bad, but my self-image still sucks. I am just a few pounds ahead of you now and some days we are tied (I am still weighing daily ) . I don't know how to update a pic, but I willl look and see if I have one. My surgeon changed my goal to 136, but I would be more than thrilled at 145, but I will do the best I can. I see him on the 24th and think I will finally do the barium food swallow, b/c I am very concerned at my amounts! Take Care. Roni 240/172/136

Hi Roni, I bet your pic has changed more than you think!! My weight loss has slowed down but my body keeps changing!! 24hr fitness is a great place....have you been keeping measurements so you can compare? Get out from under that chair and have your DH hide your scale !! You are so close to goal!!! Keep it up I think you are doing an amazing job-- fistula!! or no fistula!!
