Are any of you taking vitamins or iron via pill form? The chewable (including Flintstones) vitamins disgust me and the liquid iron is horrible. What can I do?????

Hi Sharon, I still take chewable vitamins but only because I bought such a large bottle of them from costco. I want to finish them all. As for the Iron. I take it in pill form and have been since 1 month post op. It is a prescription from my surgeon called Chromagen. I also take my calcium in pill form. Hi Sharon I take chewable iron from Bariactric Advantage. They are strawberry flavored and have no after taste. They were a little pricey but worth it. Hope this helps. Take care KatherineL

Hi Sharon! I am 4 months out and I do take my multi vitamin in a pill form. It has been okay so far,(only been doing this for a week). Good luck and ask your doc.

I was given the okay at my two month app. to swallow pills. I take a prenatal multivitamin in the morning and a calcium at noon and at dinner. They are large, but I have no problems. Pam
