Loving Exercise!!!

I just wanted to share w/ you guys how much I enjoy exercise now. THat is something I never thought would come out of my mouth!!!! We joined the Ymca and I absoutely love it. I drag my kids with and put them in the day care and they love it too. I really like the eliptical machines and am up to 30 minutes on that a day and then spend about 20 minutes on the other machines. Then on the days when I have time I will swim for like a half hour or take an aquasize class. It has really boosted my energy. I feel like I spend alot of time organizing my time to get to the Y, but it's so worth it. Then on the days I can't make it I dont' feel bad because I know I'm doing really well w/ exercize! I just wanted to share this because before surgery I sure didn't feel this excited about exercizing!! Thanks for letting me share!! Melissa 11/4/4 339 day of consult/318 day of surgery/ 245 today!!!!

I totally hear where you are coming from!! I would think of every excuse not to do it, but now I love it!!! I was just on vacation and while there, I actually got up every morning before the kids and went and worked out! My family thought I was a crazy person, but I just don't feel as good if I don't work out every day!!! You are doing AWESOME!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A 275/204/140

Ok you guys, I'm not going to lie....I can't say I LOVE it but I'm doing it every day. Exercise has become part of my routine now - I go home after work, kiss the kids, get a glass of water and go ride the exercise bike for 30mins. That is, of course, when the boys come and corner me and ask me for things because they know I can't get away I would go as far as saying that it's almost pleasant but I wouldn't say that I actually LOVE it!! Good for you!!!!!!!! You body is loving you right now!! I love to work out too!! I treadmill 30+ minutes then circuit training for 30 mins. I use hand weights and do pilates at home (I have a pilates machine). I feel awesome!!! The YMCA is a great place!! I take my 2 yr old there for a kinder class and I just signed up for a pilates class!! Keep it up!!!!!! and enjoy!! Summer 240/178/140
