Embarassing problem!!!

Does anyone have a problem with diarhea? I don't know when it is going to hit. I don't even feel like I need to go one minute and then the next it is an absolute emergency!!! If anyone else has this problem, do you have any idea what the triggers are, or if it is going to get better anytime soon? It could be a very embarassing problem if it happens when I am not home or near a C-store. Please help! It is getting very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks! Amanda

Hey Amanda, I don't have any real answer for you but maybe you should bring it up with your doctor. Have you been keeping track of the foods that you eat so that maybe you can tell what foods may be causing this? Food high in fat might be a culprit?? Good luck, Debbie

It could also come from foods with sugar alcohols. I love the sugar free candy and low carb icecream but can't eat much of it for that very reason. I get cramping and diarhea. Teresa

The only time I've had this problem was after sf items, pudding or candies... could this be true for you?
