HELP

I will just tell you what I do. I have lost 65 since 11/18. I drink 64oz. of water a day, under 1000 calories a day, less than 50 carbs, at least 60grams protein (all calculated on fitday.com). I also exercise every day for at least 30 min, 3 days a week aerobic, 3 days a week weight training, and 1 day a week pilates (when the gym is closed).
If I do not do all this, I do not lose weight.

Can you give us an idea of what you eat in a day. That would help us to be able to give you advise on what you might want to "tweek" to speed things up. You need to get lots of water in, at least 60g of protein a day, exercise at least 3 days a week and keep your carbs low. As was said above, you might not be getting in enough calories. Give us an idea of a days worth of food and we can help better.
