How much have you lost?
Hi,
I also just signed up on the site tonight, so I'm new! I had my surgery 11/18 and I was down 60 pounds as of 2/27. I haven't weighed since. I can pretty much eat anything I want, just not too much sugar. I can handle a little, but even a full protein bar is too much sugar. I'm down from a 24 to a 16W, looking forward to no more "W".
I've had a bronchial infection and then a sinus infection, so have missed about 3 weeks of working out. I'm finally over those and getting back into aerobics and strenth training. I have to do that 6 days a week or I won't do it at all
It was nice reading how encouraging you are to everyone!

Wow congratulations to everyone, you are all doing so well. I went for my 4 month checkup yesturday and have lost -73#. My BMI has went down 13 points. I had my surgery on 11/12/04. I started at 385 and a BMI I think it was 62 but Im not real sure of that. Now we have discovered another hernia, I had one repaired during my RNY but that is okay I will get this one fixed as well. And if I could stop losing my dang hair, thank god I have thick hair. Let's all keep up the good work. WOOOHOOO for all of us and great big ((((((((((HUGS))))))))).... Carla
I'll admit it....I've turned into a scale hog! Me who wouldn't step on a scale if you paid me! I've lost 78 pounds since my surgery and everytime I see myself in the mirror, I have to wonder who that woman is looking back at me! I know that my attitude has changed the most. I was always in pain and not the nicest person to be around, but now, I just want to smile all the time!
