I agree with everyone else.....It's good to see where everyone is. I think it's also important to put down our height and start weight. It does make a difference! I was beginning to think that I was doing something wrong because I haven't lost too much in the past month. But, I am 5'9" and I started out at 304. So.....I'm hoping that a 64 pound loss is good! We are all doing AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Megan B 304/240/170

Welcome Lisa! I started at 350, I am now 285, for a total of 65 lbs. lost. I am 5'5". I keep my carbs below 50, my calories below 1000, my protein over 50, drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, and exercise every day. I eat very little bread, no pasta or potatoes of any kind, the carbs I get in are fruits and veggies. We are all very different and different things effect us different ways. What works for one may not work for another. You have to find what works for you. One thing I've learned is that I have to exercise and watch what goes into my mouth! Pam

I started out at 345 and my current weight is 291 pounds. I was wearing a tight 26/28 and some 30/32's and now I am wearing a comfortable 22/24 with no problem. I exercise daily, keep my carbs low, drink my water, eat plenty of protein, and take all my vitamins. LaNee
