Congratulations Summer! I am so looking forward to being where your at. I am at 30.7 BMI it's so close I can smell it. I agree it's important to treat ourselves for how hard we've worked. Hi my Cali neighbor!! How are you? My bro-in-law and family live in Santa Rosa! I met Jo Ellen (from SR) from the CA and Nov board last month. Very nice lady!!! Have you two met? You are very close to overweight status!!! I can smell it too!!! I'll post on Friday all about the wrap!! I'm going to the Fresno OH event on Saturday and when I get back I'll post MOnday! I hear the wrap leaves your skin really soft and you lose inches and lbs....can be temporary but I don't mind!!! Thanks, Summer

Hi Debbie!!! T H A N K Y O U !!! You are wonderful!! I have been shopping..I bought a hot pink thin sweater with a little belt!! It is snug snug snug!!! Looks good but I bet it looks better on after I lose a little with the wrap!! I am wearing it Sat night! I told my sister today that I have 38 more to lose and she thought I'd be too thin I assured her NO I WON'T. I have weighed 140 before and even when I weighed 127 in college I didn't look too thin!! She agreed!! We are ALL doing so well!!! Can't wait to see our stats next NOV...2006!! ((hugs)) Summer

Thank you Elvera!! You've made be feel warm and fuzzy!! This site has been an amazing resourse. I have met so many wonderful people through OH. I feel so incredible physically and emotionally! Tomorrow I am attending an Obesity Help regional event. I am staying at the Sheraton with an OH friend! About 30 of us are attending a party after the event. I never thought I'd be socializing with people I met online!! What a great group of people who have finally taken charge of their lives. Congratulations to you for being one those people!!
