Did something stupid - paying now.
I ate two low cqrb SF almond coconut bars - was craving chocolate - didn't check the malitol or sugar liquor content - I am feeling sooo unwell - not nauseated really - just jittery & my stomach feels like it's up in my chest or something (hard to explain the feeling - not great)
Wish I hadn't done this - wishing there was some way to counter it... maybe protein? - Feeling is getting worse - may have to take my lunch break & lay down...
Will have to remind myself not to do this again! Maybe water will wa**** through.
I'm okay now - the discomfort is over - but it's playing havoc with lower intestines Geez... I keep making mistakes... My old way of living just somedays creeps right in, I'm sure I do dumb things like this enough time I'll remember not to do them again....

Thanks guys for your concern - Stay away from the SF candy bars - well - okay just go for the smaller portion.
