I feel so good. I have a lot more to lose but I feel great! I have hit one plateau and I thought the scale would never move! I am so proud of myself for taking this step.

Hi there,
I hate to compare...our own weight loss is our own.
My surgery was November 11th. I am down 60 pounds and three sizes. Can't believe it!
I'm going to Curves three times a week and am feeling great!
I AM going to achieve my goal of being a sexy old lady someday...just had to add "bald" to the list with this new hair loss.
Congrats to all...no matter what you lost...we are all getting healthier.

I am alittle late but wanted to join in.
I ahd surgery the 18th of Nov. I am 5 ft 6in. I started out at 310 on surgery day. I weighed today at 251 that is 59 lbs gone!!! yippeeeeeee.
I worea a pedometer and found out I walk 3.5 to 4 miles everyday at work...WOWOWOWOWO
I do step aerobics 2 nights a week. (missed the last 2 weeks due to broken car) getting back this week. Cholesteroal is down from 230 to 175.
I feel great and it seems everyone is doing sooooo well!!Congrats!!

Hi Everyone! I just recently found this board, so I'm a little late. I had lap RNY proximal on 11/29/04 I started out @ 260.2 and 5' 6" tall, I have lost 49 pounds since surgery and 19 before, for a grand total of 68 lbs!!!!
I've gone from a 24 levi to an 18 levi WOOHOO!! I can wear a 16 stretch but I don't think that counts LOL
I hate to exercise, so I walk alot, but thinking of checking into this pilates thing!? I would love to get down to about 160, I DO NOT want to be skinny, and I seem to be able to carry alot of weight so I'll know more once I get closer to that point.

Here are my stats:
DOS: 11/29/04 Lap RNY
Weight day of: 406lbs
Weight today (1 day shy of 3 months): 323
Total Loss: 83lbs.
Dress Size: from a tight 34W to a 22/24 depending on the style
I go to the doctor on March 14 ... my goal is to be at 95lbs lost.
I walk 1-2 miles everyday, swim for 30 minutes 3 times a week and water aerobics 1-3 times a week.
Glad to hear everyone is doing well.
