I started at 300 lbs (gulp) am down 65 pounds and just started working out. But next week I WILL be working out a LOT more.......I have to, my arms are waving themselves everytime I move!!! ha ha I went from a size 24-26 to an 18 this past weekend, my goal is a 12!! When I hit that I have 5 people that are going to be buying me new clothes. Yipppee, good luck to all! No matter how many pounds we are down, we all look better than we did 3 months ago!! Blessings to all!!! : - D

We started out pretty close to each other - I was 304 - I know what you mean about the waving arms - It's the only part of my body that I'm not too fond of right now & with spring/summer coming I really want toned arms - Congratulations on your size 18 - Isn't this an awesome feeling!

Hi Pam, I think we're all doing GREAT!!!! My surgery was 11/2/04 and I weighed 304 Today I weigh.... 244 total loss= 60 pounds I do pilates 3 times a week and I lift 10 lb. weights while I'm in bed every nigh****ching TV. ( to work on my bat wings!) I think many of us would agree that with the nicer weather approaching us and the weight that we've lost so far, it'll be easier for us to excercise a bit more! I'm looking into taking tennis lessons this spring and taking an aerobics class 2 times a week in addition to the pilates. Good luck and keep up the good work! Megan B

We are exactly the same - I started at 304 & have lost 60 pounds!!! Now if you're 5'11" I know exactly how you look (LOL!) The weights you are doing for your "wings" - Tell me what you're doing - this is my biggest trouble spot & I REALLY want great arms for summer... Keep up the great work Megan!

That is sooooo cool! You know I was thrilled when I went under 250 - I weigh on one of those doctor scales with the moving weights & to be able to move the weight to the 200 mark instead of 250 was a huge thrill - admittedly I weighed myself every day for a week - waiting for it to happen - but now it's solidly under the 250 mark & I'm working on the 200 goal Congratulations!!!!
