Okay getting a gauge for where I am with everyone else - I know this isn't a competition - I just kind of like to get a barometer for where I am in relation to everyone - so that I can figure if I'm eating too much, too little exercising enough etc. etc. Endulge me. I've lost 60 304/244 since 11/11 OH! I started Yoga today - feels soooooo good!!!

Hi !! Weight: 185 lbs lost 55!! I am into a size 14!! yipee!!! Exercise: 3 days a week treadmill 30 minutes and workout (weights/cardio circuit) 30 minutes. 3 days a week I do pilates!! Exercise makes me feel great. I played basketball with my son today!! Smiles, Summer

A 14! That is FANTASTIC!!!! The last time I was a 14 - I think I WAS 14! LOL - I have to check into this Pilates thing... Oprah said she's been doing them & WOW! I can only HOPE to look so great at 50! Congratulations to you - keep up the great work!

Hi Pamela, I bought a pilates machine over 1 year ago. Even heavy it helped keep me limber. It's a Reebok machine. I've seen machines which cost around $100-$140. This past weekend we were looking at ellipitical machines at Play It Again Sports and they had a Pilates mach. for $140!! There are DVD's and you can do them on the floor. I prefer the machine it's very soothing!! Thanks for your encouragement and you keep up the AWESOME job you are doing!! Summer

Pamela and Summer - You're both beating me! As of last weekend I'm down 48 - hopefully a little more since then but I won't weight myself until Saturday. 243/195 since 11/4 I ride an exercise bike everyday - it feels so good when I'm done!! Debbie

48 pounds is fantastic!!! I need to get an exercise bike - My treadmill has ben sitting out in the rain & I'm deathly afraid to plug it in... But would love to have some sort of indoor aerobic device - so I can watch my evening shows & still burn a few

I have a treadmill that I don't use much but I'm thinking of trying it once a week just to mix it up a little. The bike is great because I love to read so I can get absorbed in a book and the time flies by. By the way, your dog is a sweetie pie - give him/her a big kiss on that big black nose for me!! I have 2 myself (Australian Shephards). Aren't they great!! Deb

Hello Pamela My surgery was Nov 24th 2004.I went to the Dr. on 83 days out and I have lost -42 lbs.start weight was 246 lbs I am 5 foot 1 inches.That is half a pound a day.WOW GREAT. weight as of Feb 15th is 204 Go by what my Dr. says.He said I am doing good.I had my blood work done and It come back great too. Hope to reach my goal of 130 lbs Dr.goal is 150 The Lord has blessed me so much with this surgery.I have had no problems with any foods or anything. Love pat memaw199554

Hi, I'm down 48 lbs. I started at 222 and I am now 174. I exercise 4 times a week. Cardio(treadmill/bike) 30 minutes and then free weights and machines for 30 or more mins. ~Angel 222/174/120 BMI 34 Lap RNY 11/10/04

48 pounds!!!!!! EXCELLENT!!! I have got to get better at my cardio - need to get the heart pumping - I'm inspired by you THAT's GREAT!!!
