biotin under the tongue

I too am starting to lose my hair and its very dry, I went to the health store today to buy biotin and when i told the owner that i had gastric bypass he told me to take the biotin that melts in your mouth as opposed to the pill you swallow.' He said the melting one gets absorbed much easier with our new stomach. He also told me to take 2 of them a day which comes to 2000 miligrams. Hope this helps everyone. joann
