I have been lurking on other months sites and thought this was kind of neat.

2)217 (by my scales), 18, 54
3)grapes
4)loose skin
5)buying the size 18 jeans
6)145, 72 pounds to go
Once your diabetic your always diabetic, your just got the diabetis under control now....blood tests told you do not need meds anymore. Please do not be fooled not think your NOT diabetic anymore. This is a common mistake. You never get rid of diabetis----it is just under control.....I had to comment.....ok.......ty

5} I went to the playground with my DH and daughter this weekend, and I went on the swing. I NEVER would have done that a year ago.
