Leg Cramps
Hi Joe,
Besides excercise and not stretching properly, you can get leg cramps when your body is low on potassium. Just take a suppliment or eat a banana once a day for about a week. If you're sweating alot, you lose potassium as well as other nutrients through sweat. Make sure you replenish!
Leg cramps are the worst!
Take care and good luck

Hi Joe,
I have suffered from leg cramps for many weeks. I drink tons of water so it wasn't dehydration! I tried more calcium (helped when I was pregnant and had cramps) that didn't help. I went to my doctor and...
1st I added more potassium ...still had cramps!!
2nd I upped my B1 (it was low) ....still had cramps!!
3rd Doc said add Magnesium 1 in the AM 2 @ bedtime Cramps are gone!!!
I forgot one night and the cramps came back!!
So I say try adding magnesium supplements to your routine!!
I had so many sleepless nights trying to walk off those leg cramps!! I am so glad I can sleep again Cramp free!!
Good Luck!!
